Mr. Morgan is a scientist with over 30 years of experience in leadership and management of international S&T programs.  Presently, he’s assigned as the Director of ONR Global’s satellite office located at the US Embassy in Prague. His office’s mission is to research and report on innovative S&T developed in Central and Eastern Europe and pursue opportunities for international cooperation.
