Dr Anthony Keane has twenty years experience in research in astrophysics and computer science. He currently heads up the research team at ITB in the Information Security & Digital Forensics areas. Current projects include the development of CTF gamification systems for training network administrators to better defend their infrastructure against intrusion. Other areas of research cover Cloud Forensics, Honeynet Project and Firmware Protection.

Anthony is currently a board member of the Irish Reporting and Information Security Service (IRISS), Information Security Ireland (ISI), the Irish Chapters of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) and the Honeynet Project and he is also the Irish academic contact for the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA).
