John is Chief Business Development Officer at DANTE, responsible for the relationships with European National Research and Education Networks and international science projects supported by the GÉANT Network. His particular interest is in building research networks to help bridge the digital divide and in facilitating large-scale science collaborations using network infrastructure.

He has a PhD in Physics and is a spare-time mechanic for his vintage cars.
