Carlos Weber is a patent examiner in the field of aeronautics and astronautics at the European Patent Office in Munich, Germany. He has previously worked as a research engineer specialised in aerodynamics at the European space company Astrium working in the framework of various European projects. He received his PhD degree from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse in France, where he lived for four years, and holds a diploma degree in aeronautical engineering from the Technical University of Munich in Germany.
